We provide the cabin, all utilities, wifi, and full access to property amenities (pool (seasonal), sauna, Mess Hall). No hotel logistics, no surprises.

The short answers
How does booking work?
You can book directly on this site. Your reservation is provisional until you’ve signed the lease agreement and passed a background check — if either doesn’t go through, we’ll cancel it at no charge and refund your deposit.
Is this like staying at a hotel?
No — closer to a furnished apartment lease. Your cabin is your space for the month. You handle your own day-to-day (cooking, laundry, picking up). We handle move-in setup, all utilities, and the end-of-stay clean. You get full access to property amenities, but no daily hotel logistics.
What’s the minimum stay?
30 days for the monthly rate. Shorter stays are available at our standard nightly rate.
Is there a deposit?
One month’s rent, refundable on checkout assuming no damages beyond normal wear. No first-and-last stacking.
Are the pool and hot tub really included?
Yes — full access to all property amenities is included in your monthly rate. Use them as much as you want.
What’s NOT included?
Daily housekeeping, in-stay laundry, breakfast, groceries, Mess Hall meals, and your personal items. Breakfast and biweekly cleaning are available as paid add-ons.
How fast is the wifi?
Property-wide fiber wifi. Fast enough for video calls, streaming, and big file uploads. Remote workers stay here year-round; it just works.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes — pets welcome in designated cabins. $200/month flat pet fee, two pets max per cabin. Loft cabins require a $500 refundable dog deposit.
Can I extend mid-stay?
Yes — just let us know 14 days before checkout and we’ll roll forward at the same monthly rate (subject to availability).
Are utilities really included?
Yes — electric, propane heat, water, sewer, trash, and wifi. Run the heat as warm as you want.
Do I need a car?
Strongly recommended. We’re 5 minutes from Driggs and 30 minutes from Grand Targhee. AWD/4WD recommended for Teton Pass to Jackson in winter.
What about Teton Pass closures?
The pass occasionally closes for avalanche control or weather. Plan around it if you’re commuting to Jackson — but you’re on the Idaho side, so the rest of life keeps going either way.
