Cancellation Policies

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

RV Chek-In: 1:00 PM

Check-In: 4:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Property and Cancellation Policies :

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error by the customer or TVR in processing the reservations.

Cancellation policy subject to Rate Plans. 

Non-Refundable Rate

• Full payment is due at the time of booking. 
• Non-transferable 
  
• Non-refundable if cancelled more than 1 day after booking

Flexible Rate

• Full payment is due at the time of booking. 
• Able to be canceled up to 5 days before the check-in date for a full refund.
• Within 5 days of arrival date, reservation is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
  

• Once outside of refund window, reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE and NO REFUNDS will be issued regardless of circumstances. For example: undesirable weather, travel/road conditions, illness, health-related issues, COVID-19, family emergency, etc.
  

Terms and Conditions

Excessive Soiling & Unit Damage: 

 
Teton Valley Resort reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any cabin or space left excessively soiled, including, but not limited to, exposure to bodily fluids or hazardous materials. 

The guest is also responsible for any damage caused to the property, including rooms, furniture, fixtures, and amenities, during their stay, whether accidental or intentional; Teton Valley Resort reserve the right to charge the guest's credit card for the cost of repairs or replacements, and may pursue further action in case of significant damage. 

Smoking: 

Smoking is prohibited inside cabins. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $250. 

Smoking is not allowed on cabin decks, porches, or patios. Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of windows, doors, and public spaces, which include the lobby, pool, picnic areas, playgrounds, and walkways. 
 
Pet Policy: 

Dogs are allowed in Dry Cabins, Tipis, and a limited number of dog-friendly Loft Cabins. There is an additional dog fee of $25 a night per dog. We do not accept more than 2 dogs in any one accommodation. 

Dogs must be on a leash at all times, and it is the owner’s responsibility to clean up after their dog(s). If staying in a cabin unit, dogs must be kept in a kennel if left alone. There is a $200 cleaning fee for violating our pet policy.  

RV sites have no pet restrictions. However, management reserves the right to remove or restrict disruptive or aggressive pets. All pets must be up to date on vaccines, and copies of pet vaccine records must be available upon request. 

 
Service dogs are always welcome. 

Amenities & Facilities: 

Please remember that all amenities are on a seasonal and weather-dependent schedule and may have limited hours. We reserve the right to close any facilities without prior notice. Please refer to posted rules and regulations throughout the property for additional information on our amenities. 

Quiet Hours: 

Our quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. daily, but please be courteous to your fellow guests at all hours of the day. During quiet hours, loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, or other loud noises are not allowed. Generators are not permitted on the property. 

Respect Your Neighbor: 

Please be considerate of your neighbors' privacy and space. Do not walk on or pass through the site of another guest. Respect our local culture, wildlife, and other guests. Please be mindful of our local bylaws and conservation of resources. 

Alcohol & Illegal Substances:  

Alcohol is permitted by legal drinking-age adults as long as it is consumed responsibly and does not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. 

Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. 

Children:  

For the safety of our younger guests, we ask that an adult accompany children (12 & under) using the facilities. Children should use extreme caution when crossing or playing near park roads. When using the pool, no lifeguard is on duty, and children must be accompanied by an adult. 

Garbage & Recycling:  

Garbage must be put in the designated areas and garbage bins on the resort map. Do not store trash outside your RV or cabin. 

Speed Limit:  

Please obey the posted speed limits on the property—the limit is 5 mph. Failure to obey speed limits may result in removal from the property without a refund. 

Transportation: 

Non-motorized skateboards, scooters, roller blades, roller skates, and bicycles are permitted as long as they are used safely and quietly. Motorized items such as drones, motorbikes, hover boards, and similar recreational items are prohibited. 

Fireworks:  

The use of fireworks, including sparklers and explosives of any kind, is not permitted under any circumstances. Anyone caught with fireworks may be removed from the property without a refund. 

Firearms & Weapons:  

Guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas. The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law. The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices are strictly prohibited. 

RV Park Rules: 

PERMITTED RVS: All certified RV types are permitted unless prevented by specific site constraints. Make, model, and year of RV required at the time of check-in. All RVs are subject to inspection and upon management request, may be asked to require proof of certification. 

SITE LOCATIONS: We do not allow car camping or tent camping. No oil changing, car washing, or automotive work is allowed at your site. Sites must be cleaned up of garbage and debris before departure. Additional charges may result in sites requiring additional cleaning. 

SITE SAFETY: RV sites have full hookups (30/50 amp electric, water and sewer), a picnic table, & grassy area. Please mind the grass and do not use large outdoor mats or park on them. No tent camping. Please do not leave awnings, sunshades, mosquito nets, or anything that could blow away unattended. Unattended grills and coolers should be stored in the camper or vehicle while absent from your site. 

SEWER HOOKUP: A sealed sewer connection (such as a sewer elbow) is required by the city of Victor. 

PARKING & PROPERTY ROADS: Each reservation includes one RV and one vehicle. Trailer-towed vehicles towed by a car hauler are not allowed in the park and are considered utility trailers. Flat-towed and dolly-towed vehicles are permitted if they are not an additional vehicle. Additional vehicles are not permitted and must be parked in overflow parking at $10 per vehicle per night. Towing is enforced at the guest’s expense. Please park and set up only on your assigned site. Parking any motorized vehicles on the grass is prohibited. 

PERMITTED OCCUPANTS: All reservations include a maximum of 6 adults unless otherwise stated. The individual reserving the site must be at least 18 years of age and be physically present at check-in time. 

RV SITE LOCK FEE: This guarantees our best effort at securing your requested site. TVR reserved the right to refund and cancel the site lock for any reason deemed necessary. 

General Conduct & Removal:  

Guests are always required to comply with all rules and regulations posted at the property and directions from management. We reserve the right to remove anyone violating these rules and regulations from the resort. 

Release From Liability

I, the undersigned (hereinafter the Guest) hereby irrevocably & unconditionally release & hold harmless from liability Teton Valley Resort, LLC, its owners, agents, and other guests (all four groups hereinafter known as Releasees) from any & all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever whether in law or equity, known or unknown, occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way from my participation at Teton Valley Resort Cabin and RV Park. 

I understand that attending a facility in the country may involve participation in physical activities both indoors and outdoors, and certain exposure to wildlife. With these, and all related activities, there is a certain element of risk. By accepting this waiver, I hereby acknowledge that my participation is at my own risk, and that I assume all responsibilities for any and all aspects of participation by both myself and any children who might accompany me. This waiver applies to any and all activities participated in at Teton Valley Resort Cabin and RV Park. 

I understand that this Release from Liability irrevocably & unconditionally releases and holds harmless all Releasees from any financial or other liability for any injury, bodily harm, sickness, illness, or loss of life that I as a Guest or my family member or friend may suffer and from any economic harm or loss of property occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way out of staying at Teton Valley Resort Cabin and RV Park. 

I, the undersigned, have read this Release from Liability & understand all of its terms; I have executed it voluntarily or opted-in, with full knowledge of its significance, & intend to be legally bound by it. Minors here with me are my responsibility while at Teton Valley Resort Cabin and RV Park. My signature and/or my required opt-in to agree with the terms and conditions for registering and participation at Teton Valley Resort Cabin and RV Park includes them in coverage of this release form.
